We celebrate the miraculous life of a congenital heart defect warrior, who has become a heart angel. Andrew continued his life in death by donating the gift of life and hope. Andrew is survived by his mother Teresa Okeson-Prater; father Jeffrey Prater; sister Brittany Prater; brothers Daniel, Alexander; aunts Candace Okeson, Sharon Lehew, Lorisa Davis, Shona Lapsley; uncles Bruce Okeson, Darin Prater; grandparents Carol Okeson, Georgia & Wayne Prater, Janet & Alvin Medvez; and many other family and friends. Preceded in death by his grandfathers Bruce D. Okeson, and Darold Paulsen. We will never forget.
