Ann Wren

age 66, of Cottage Grove went home to be with her Lord Sunday morning April 19, 2009 .

Ann was born June 26, 19 42 in New Rockford, North Dakota the daughter of Oscar & Mabel (Gutterud) Hungness. She was raised in Sheyenne and graduated from Sheyenne High School in 1960. On January 12, 19 63 she was united in marriage with Edward Wren. She will be remembered for her deep devotion to her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed flower gardening.

She is survived by husband Ed; children Mark (Sally) of St. Paul, Marit (David) Oberg of Cottage Grove, Brad (Robin) of Cottage Grove; granddaughters Marissa & Holly Oberg; sister LaVonne Aspley of Minnetonka, brother Paul Hungness of New Rockford, North Dakota; nieces & nephews. Ann was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, David.

Funeral Service 11 AM Thursday at Lighthouse Baptist Church , 9979 80 ^th St. , Cottage Grove . Interment in North Dakota . Visitation 5-8 PM Wednesday at KOK FUNERAL HOME, 7676 80 ^th St. S. Cottage Grove (651-459-2975) and 10-11 AM Thursday at church.
