Carol Jean was born November 20, 1939 in St. Paul the daughter of Oscar & Mabel (Plant) Mathison. She was raised in St. Paul Park and graduated from Park High in 1957. She was a 23 year employee of Ecowater. She enjoyed shopping, eating at the Park CafAsh, buying things for her grandkids and going to craft shows.
Preceded in death by parents; brother Roy.
Survived by children Sherry (Gregory) Wilwert of Maplewood, James (Kathleen) of Cottage Grove, Scott W. (Jean) of Cottage Grove, Kimberly Rohweder (Jeff McKenzie) of Hastings; Tracy (Andrea) of Cottage Grove; Grandchildren Brittany, Heather, Thane, Hayley, Dalton, Olivia, Gregg, Chuck, Justin, Lindsay, Carly, Griffin, Joel & Kari.
Funeral Service 11 AM Thursday at SALEM LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7825 Bailey Rd, Woodbury. Interment Cottage Grove Cemetery. Visitation 5-8 PM with a 7 PM prayer service at KOK FUNERAL HOME, 1201 Portland Ave. St. Paul Park (651-459-2875) and 10-11 AM Thursday ay church.
