Chad Chambless
Age 44, of Cottage Grove, passed away unexpectedly after a tragic motorcycle accident on December 8, 2023.
Chad is survived by his parents, Mel and Linda Chambless; his two daughters, Julianna and Jocelynn Chambless; and sister, Cody Peterson (Derek).
A private Celebration of Life is to be held at a later date.
