Chuck died at the age of 78.

Sadly Alzheimer's took him many years earlier.

Preceded in death by wife; Delores, Parents Clarence & Hollis, brother Jimmy, sister Betty.

Survived by son, Greg (Cathy); Grandkids Julie Conrad (Keith Sachwitz), Charity (Brett) Slaughter; Great-grandkids Nick Slaughter, Tayler Conrad, Trenton Conrad; Brothers Pinky (Jean), Dave (Ruth); Sisters Margie Bressler, Penny Andrews; Many nieces, nephews and friends.


Chuck served in Korea with the 92 ^nd AFA “Red Devils”. Thank you to the surviving Red Devils for helping Greg with his Dad. Funeral Service 1 PM Thursday at KOK FUNERAL HOME, 1201 Portland Ave., St. Paul Park (651-459-2875). Interment Newport Cemetery . Visitation 4-8 PM Wednesday and 12-1 PM Thursday at funeral home.
