Charles E. Orme, age 89, of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 3, 2022.
Preceded in death by parents, Charles and Ruth Orme; granddaughter, Sarah Orme; sisters, Pat and Mary; and son-in-law, Randal Straus. Survived by loving wife of 68 years, Betty; children, Charlie, Philip (Connie), Patti Straus, Bob, and Jim (Kristine); 13 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren; siblings, Phyllis Pedrow, Fred (Donna), Dorothy Masters, and Jeanne (Duane) Hager; and many extended family and friends.
Chuck loved spending time up at the cabin with family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM, Monday, November 14, 2022 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 920 Holley Ave., St. Paul Park, MN 55071. Columbarium placement will follow at St. Thomas Parish Cemetery.
