Clifford was born August 18, 1939 in Belcourt, North Dakota the son of Joseph & Rose (Poitra) DeCoteau. He was raised in North Dakota. He farmed near Kenmare before moving to the Saint Paul areas in the 1970s. He was a hard working man who enjoyed fishing, carpentry and visiting. He was involved in his church. He loved to spend time with his family, watch westerns and polka.
Survived by wife & best friend Maureen, son Gene, daughters Michelle (Joseph), & Margaret; grandchildren Jared, Alexis, Madison, Lucas; brother John (Irma), sisters Corrine & Rose (Charles); niece Megan; nephews Troy (Meagan), Kevin (Monica), Neil, Treyvon; many other family members.
Preceded in death by parents Joseph and Rose, son Gary, brothers Donald & Vincent. Known by many, loved by more. An angel has joined the Lord's chorus today.
Memorial Service 3 PM Wednesday at HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH, 1090 Chicago Ave, St. Paul Park.
