Daniel John Kruczek

Daniel “Dan” Kruczek, age 73, of Woodbury, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Dan was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Dan had a bright energy and an easy smile that made others feel welcome and cared for, and his presence will be greatly missed.

He found happiness in life’s simple pleasures like cooking meals for those he loved, tending to his garden, shopping, attending soccer games, going out to eat, and most of all, spending time with his family. Dan was a kind and caring man who supported those closest to him without hesitation and would do anything for the people he loved.

He is now reunited in heaven with his parents.

Dan’s legacy is one of warmth, generosity, and quiet devotion to family. The memories he created will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 AM on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at The Church of St. Rita, 8694 80th Street S., Cottage Grove with visitation one hour prior to the service from 10-11 AM. Interment will follow at Cottage Grove Cemetery in Cottage Grove, MN.
