Dawn Marie Hall (Thurber)

Dawn Marie Hall (Thurber), 54 of Cottage Grove, died peacefully surrounded by family on November 10, 2025. Dawn was born in Saint Paul, MN January 21, 1971, and graduated from Park High School. She loved her three children who brought great joy to her life along with her German Shepherd Mya. She was a great cook and loved to travel, especially to Hawaii and Florida.

Dawn is preceded in death by her mother Linda Thurber. She is survived by her three children Ashley (Jason) House, Jacob Smetana, and William Smetana II; grandchildren Mason and Madelyn House; father Thomas Thurber; siblings Tammy (Robert) Wagner, and Jason Thurber; niece Summer (Noah) Bigelbach; and many other loved ones.

She will be greatly missed.
