Delores was born June 23, 1931 in Carson, Iowa the daughter of Boyd & Zola (Fenn) Kelley. She was raised in Carson, Iowa. On September 3, 1955 she married Homer Dean Miles in Holdrege, Nebraska. She enjoyed embroidery, ceramics, quilting, baking and volunteering at Project Go.
Beloved wife of Homer, loving mother of Mary, Frank (Mary); grandmother of Luke, Tom, Sam & Anna; sister of Sherry (Don) Owens, Joe (Claire), Darrell & Bob (Verna) Kelley; many boy scouting & church friends.
Preceded in death by brothers Norman & Gary Kelley.
Funeral Service 10:30 Am Saturday at Hope Community Church, 8300 Hyde Avenue South, Cottage Grove. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation 4-8 PM Friday at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S. Cottage Grove (651-459-2875) and 9:30-10:30 AM Saturday at church.
Memorials preferred to Hope Community Church, Academy, Indianhead Council Boy Scout Camp or Big Sandy Camp.
