Dorothy Mary Lind

Dorothy Mary Lind died peacefully in St. Petersburg, Florida. Prior to moving to Florida, Dorothy was a 65-year resident of Cottage Grove, Minnesota.

Dorothy was the daughter of Ferdinand (Fred) and Emma (née Merdan) Danzl. She is survived by her loving children, Kathryn (Jeff) Caudill, Barbara (Jim) Hunter, David, Paul (Geralyn), and Lisa; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Fred “Buzz” (Wanda) Danzl. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, her parents, Ferdinand and Emma, and her brother, Arthur Danzl.

A celebration of Dorothy’s life will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 920 Holley Ave., St. Paul Park, Minnesota. Visitation will be from 9 – 10:30 am, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. Interment will take place at St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery, with a luncheon in the parish hall to follow.
