May 24, 1935 — October 30, 2018
Duane “Dewey” C. Christensen, age 83, of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 while surrounded by his loving family.
Survived by wife of 51 years, Barb; children, Bob (Therese), Steve (Jodi), Debi Huls (fiancé, Steve Traut), Jane (Dan) Sellberg, Sue, and Misti (Chad) Brown; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Elly Fryer and Mavis Burtyk.
Longtime employee of Armour & Company and retired from JL Shiely Company. Dewey loved spending time with his family and friends at the cabin.
Visitation 4-7 PM, with Memorial Service at 6:30 PM, Monday, November 5, 2018 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN, 55016. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
