Eugene Francis was born June 26, 1932 in Minneapolis, the son of Clarence & Lucille (Graybill) Arlandson. He graduated from Washburn High school in 1950. Gene served in the United States Navy from 1951-1955. He loved building model circuses and model trains and was a member of The Circus Club. He will be remebered as a talented artist.

Gene was preceded in death by his wife Fran.





He is the beloved father of Gene Jr. (Debbie), grandpa of Charlie; brother of Mary Lou, John (Ivy), Jim (Sena), many nieces and nephews; special friend Mary.





Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Thursday at St. John’s of Little Canada, 380 Little Canada Rd. E. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation 10-11 AM Thursday at church.
