It is with great sadness that the Bailey family announces that Forrest passed away on September 26th. He died peacefully at home surrounded by his beloved family.
Visitation will be at Kok Funeral Home in St. Paul Park (1201 Portland Ave) on Wednesday, October 4th from 4:00 - 7:00 pm with an American Legion Ritual beginning at 6:00 pm. The memorial service will be held at Newport United Methodist Church in Newport (1596 11th Ave) on Thursday, October 5th at 11:00 am with visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Following the service, military honors and flag presentation will take place at Veteran’s Memorial Park in St. Paul Park at 12:30 pm. Everyone is welcome to continue the Celebration of Life from 2:00 - 6:00 pm at the American Legion- Post 98 in St. Paul Park (328 Broadway Ave).
