Gary F. Officer, 77, of Cottage Grove, passed away after a battle with Alzheimer’s.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest and Lucille; stepmother, Elise; and sister, Sandy.
Gary will be missed by his loving wife of 52 years, Kathy; children, Brian (Jill) Officer and Kelly (Dean) Kubicek; grandchildren, Brady and Nathan Officer and Eliza and Liam Kubicek; stepbrother, Frans (Sandy) Officer; nieces; nephews; and other family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, May 18 at 10 AM with visitation from 9-10 at St. Rita’s Catholic Church, 8694 80th St. S, Cottage Grove. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis.
