Gerald Halstenson

Gerald "Jerry" D. Halstenson, age 70 of St. Paul Park, Minnesota, passed away peacefully October 7, 2007. Preceded in death by wife, Joyce. Survived by daughters, Carrie (Ed Colwell), Melanie (Mark) LaBrasseur; stepchildren, Scot Jennings and Sonia Marrs; grandchildren, Charles and Jessica LaBrasseur, Kathleen Rushford and Jason Jennings, and Alyssa, Natalya, and Karina Marrs; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Marian (Ernie) Pedersen. Also survived by daughter-in-law, Kris Jennings, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. A special thanks to the Pillars of Oakdale for their supreme care during his courageous battle with cancer. Memorial Gathering Thursday, October 11, 2007 from 4-8 PM at Kok Funeral Home, 1201 Portland Avenue, St. Paul Park (651-459-2875). Inurnment Private. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
