James Conley

James “Jimmer” S. Conley, age 67, of South Saint Paul, Minnesota passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 9, 2022.

Preceded in death by mother, Marion and father, Sherman; parents, Sonny and Grace Gatz; and brothers, Robert and David. Survived by loving wife of 44 years, Helen; sons, Jason and BJ; sisters, Mary (Dan) Jorgensen, Patty Conley, and Peggy Conley (Ron); brother, Scott Lee; many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Jim will be remembered for his passion for the Minnesota Vikings, which is represented by his collection of memorabilia. He loved fishing and nature, especially feeding birds and squirrels in his yard. Jim truly enjoyed his job as a truck driver and has taken his final haul to Heaven’s door. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation 4:30-7:30 PM, Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN, 55016. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM with visitation beginning at 10 AM, Thursday, April 21. 2022 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 920 Holley Ave., St. Paul Park, MN, 55071. Interment will follow at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish Cemetery, St. Paul Park, MN.
