James Eugene Yanisch was born January 13, 1959 in St. Paul the son of Eugene & Helen (Buscher) Yanisch. He was raised in Cottage Grove and graduated from Park High School in 1977. Jim enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, bowling, cooking & baking.
He is survived by children Mike (Jamie), Katie (fiancé Allan Zorn); parents Gene & Helen; brothers & sisters Joseph (Dianna), Cindy (Barry) Thompson, Nancy (Dennis) Anderson; many nieces & nephews.
