John D. Felde Sr., master sergeant US Army retired from Northwestern Bell after 33 years, passed away surrounded by his family on April 25, 2021.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Jeanette Felde; brother, Jim (Glendoris).

John is survived by his former wife, Carol Ives; children, Kathy Doucette, John (Michelle), B.J., Tracy (Mike) Thiede, Mikki (Jeff) Swenson; grandchildren, Adam, Matthew, Jordan, Josh, Tyler, Jaime, Zachary, Marta and Jenna; great-granddaughters, Brooklyn, Aubrey, and Bristol; sister, Jackie “Babe” Koza and brother, Jerry(Sandy).

Private burial will be held at Fort Snelling Cemetery.

A celebration of life will be held at the American Legion, 328 Broadway Ave, St Paul Park, MN 55071 on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 3-6 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Alzheimer’s Association.
