Joy Richardson

Our beloved mother, Joy Ann Richardson, 81, of Woodbury, MN, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2026.

Born on September 27, 1944, Joy was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. Her life was defined by her unwavering devotion to her family, finding her greatest love in being "Grandma" to Isabella Anne. She found joy in discovering treasures and flowers for her home and in nurturing her family with her legendary cooking, particularly her signature rigatoni and meatballs.

Joy is survived by her two children, Patrick Clement and Kim Arlene; her cherished granddaughter, Isabella Anne; and her twin sister, Carol. She was reunited in heaven with her husband, Patrick John "PJ", her parents, and her sister, Patti.

We will gather with sadness and joy for a celebration of life at Fort Snelling Cemetery, with details to follow.
