Karl Paul Wohlers

Karl Wohlers, age 92, of Woodbury, MN passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

Graveside service will take place 11 AM on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, 7601 34th Ave. S.; Minneapolis, MN- Assembly Area #2- arrive by 10:45 AM.

Karl Paul Wohlers was born on October 16, 1933, to Karl and Laura (Fry) Wohlers in St. Paul, Minnesota. He was a proud graduate of Cretin High School in 1951. Shortly after graduation he was drafted by his friends and family into the US Army, where he served during the Korean War. He had many adventures while in the Army, traveling, drinking beer, and enjoying the simple pleasures in life. Karl especially enjoyed his time outdoors at the lake and fishing. He also found enjoyment in casinos, travel to Hawaii with family and friends making many lasting memories. Karl and Lorraine lived in their Nevada home for over 25 years, and it was one of the highlights of their lives together. He will be missed by all.

Preceded in death by wife, Lorraine; sons, Mark Bertram and David Bertram; and the best dog, Charlie. Survived by children, Aundrea (Drew Foster) Paskett, Keith (Holly) Wohlers, Roxann (Byron) Welch, Laura Jespersen, Sheri Lusk, Sandi (Dennis) Muhl, and Mike (Nita) Bertram; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and other loving family and friends.
