Age 64, of Cottage Grove passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 16, 2005 following a seven year struggle with Parkinson?s.
Preceded in death by parents Joseph Gaertner and Evelyn Ricks, and brother Jack Gaertner.
Survived by loving husband of 41 years, Charles W. Wylie; children Mary Jo (Michael) Nohava, Christine (Bob) Hassard, Richard (Sheila) Wylie, and Timothy (Kim) Wylie; brother James (Mary) Gaertner. Also survived by twelve grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
Visitation Thursday from 5 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home and also one hour prior to mass at church. Mass of Christian Burial 11a.m., Friday, August 19, 2005 at St. Rita?s Catholic Church located at 8694 80th St. S. in Cottage Grove. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
