Lena Prizant

Lena Prizant, age 64 of Saint Paul Park, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. She is survived by her daughters, Erin and Kerry Prizant; her ex-husband, Richard Prizant; and her partner, John Noble, whose family became like family to her during their 7-year relationship.

Lena majored in languages and had learned five different languages in her lifetime. Born in Farsta, Sweden, she moved to America as a young adult and spent most of her life in Minnesota. She was known to have a wicked sense of humor and enjoyed gardening, despite not being very good at it. She loved the outdoors and dreamed of eventually owning a rustic cabin by a lake, even if the cabin had no plumbing or electricity. Lena was known to be a hard worker who instilled the same values in her children. She believed in working if you were able and doing your best at your work whenever possible. She was the best mom ever and will be greatly missed.

Memorial service 11 AM, Monday, June 8, 2026, with visitation beginning one hour prior at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th Street S., Cottage Grove, Minnesota 55016.
