Born in North Dakota, grew up in St. Paul, and lived for 55 years on Grey Cloud Island, St. Paul Park.
Preceded in death by husband Harvey in 2003 (married 55 years) and parents Lloyd and Helen Schmoll.
Survived by children;
Lynn (Hank) Brown, Ann (Al) Booren, and Douglas (Robbie) Stiefel;
grandchildren Michelle, Michael, Lori, Betsy, Gail & Leslie; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters Gladys Leyden and Betty Huffmeier.
Leone will be best remembered for her devotion to, and pride in her family; support of 4-H programs, the crafts and handiwork that she made over the years, and her love of a cold beer and good conversation on the back porch of her log home, on Grey Cloud.
