Margaret Taylor

Margaret Taylor, age 90 of St. Paul Park, was carried to heaven by angels after a courageous battle on February 17, 2018.

Visitation will be 5-8 pm, Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Kok Funeral Home, 1201 Portland Ave., St. Paul Park.  Memorial service will be 11 am, Friday, March 2, 2018 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 920 Holley Ave., St. Paul Park with visitation one hour prior.  Private interment Grey Cloud Island Cemetery.

Margaret Marie Taylor was born May 13, 1927 in St. Paul, Minnesota to John and Marie Wagner.  She grew up in White Bear Lake and was married to Raymond Repke.  They lived on Grey Cloud Island where they raised their family.  She enjoyed gardening, cooking, playing cards and getting together with family.  After Raymond passed away, Margaret was married to Forrest Taylor and they travelled extensively in their motorhome over the next several years.  They spent quite a bit of time together whether it was fishing or spending time at their lake place on Bone Lake in Wisconsin.

Margaret is survived by her husband Forrest; sons Russell (Allison) Repke, Ron (Gayle) Repke; step daughter Linda (Bill) Roettger; step son Gary (Karen) Taylor and many grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents John and Marie Wagner, 1st husband Raymond Repke and son Randall Repke.
