Mary Kozlowski

Mary Elizabeth Kozlowski, age 57 of Cottage Grove and a longtime employee of 3M, passed away April 28, 2016.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at The Church of St. Rita, 8694 – 80th Street S., Cottage Grove. Visitation will be Monday at the church from 4-7 pm also one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Private interment will be held at a later date. Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.

Mary is survived by her husband Andy; sons Joshua (Rosie), A.J. (Jane); granddaughters Sierra and Bella; mother Donna Bauer; siblings Patty (Jim) Johanneck, Dan (Jill) Bauer, Greg (Brooke Cholvin) Bauer, Randy (Deb) Bauer, Scott (Shelley) Bauer, Bruce (Kris) Bauer and Jim (Tracy) Bauer; mother-in-law Pat Kozlowski; sister-in-law Stephanie (Jack Mancini) Pederson; brother-in-law Mike (Kathy) Kozlowski and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. She is preceded in death by her father Val Bauer and father-in-law Andrew Kozlowski.
