Mary Rose Madland

Mary Rose Madland, age 74, of Spring Valley, WI, formerly of Cottage Grove, MN passed away surrounded by loved ones on September 26, 2024.

Preceded by husband Roger Madland; Father, Robert Beard; and brothers, Patrick and Mark. Survived by her mother, Rosemary; siblings, Terri, Toni, John, and Margaret; children, Christopher, Erik (Sarah), Anthony (Stevi), Nicolas, and Kathleen; grandchildren, Emma, Malena, Anya, Jacob, Everett, and Katrina. 

Mary was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother whose endless love and generosity never wavered. Mary was a special education teacher for 38 years and touched many lives with her kindness, empathy, and compassion. 

Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM, Friday, October 11, 2024 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 920 Holley Ave., St. Paul Park, MN 55071.
