Patricia Canavan

Patricia “Pat” Canavan, age 63 passed away at University of Minnesota Medical Center surrounded by her family on Feb. 21, 2018. She is preceded in death by her mom, Dode; dad, Ed; and brother, Mark. Survived by her loving son, Scott (Johna); grandsons, Kadin and Dustin; sisters, Debbie (Bill), Sandy (Nathan), Bridget and Diane (Phil); along with her nieces and nephews. Memorial gathering 5-8, Wed. March 7 at Kok Funeral Home (7676 80th St. S. Cottage Grove).

Family was number one to Pat, she raised her son Scott with a lot of help from her family and friends.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren, cheering them on at their sporting events, reading and playing games together, quiet time with them sitting on her lap and the many sleep overs at her house. Pat made many memories traveling with family and friends; some of her trips included, Cancun, Door County, Chicago, Florida, Boston and her camping trips to Cokato with Debbie and Bill. Other hobbies she enjoyed were playing cards, bowling and dancing in her younger years. Pat worked for US Bank for 15 years and truly appreciated her time there. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
