Paul M. Pederson

Paul Pederson, age 60 of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 14, 2023, with his family by his side.

Paul was born September 12, 1963, to Gordon and Elaine Pederson in St. Paul, Minnesota. He grew up in the Maplewood/Woodbury area and graduated from Woodbury High School in 1981.

He worked for over 28 years at the US Post Office, first as a financial accounting specialist and later as a quality assurance senior analyst. He married My Hoa in 2017 in Vietnam and they spent their honeymoon in Bali.

Paul enjoyed going out to eat and playing poker. He did a lot of traveling especially to Northern Minnesota, Las Vegas, California, and several trips to Vietnam to visit family. 

Paul is survived by his wife, My Hoa; mom, Elaine; sisters, Catherine Pederson and Karen (Donald) Evazich. He is preceded in death by his dad, Gordon. 

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 11am with visitation beginning at 10am at Kok Funeral Home (7676 80^th Street So. Cottage Grove, MN).
