Paul Edward Skinner

Paul Skinner, age 51, of Cottage Grove, Minnesota passed away on August 20, 2026.

Paul Edward Skinner was born on November 15, 1974 to William and Barbara Skinner in St. Paul, MN. He graduated from Stillwater High School and earned his Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Metro State University. Over the years he lived in St. Paul, Lakeland, and eventually Cottage Grove.

Paul enjoyed reading, trivia, spending time with his family, attending concerts, and visiting museums-particularly art museums.

He loved to travel around the country and "playing" the tourist. Some of his favorite places he traveled to were: Las Vegas, Colorado, Yellowstone, and the Badlands. He had a goal of visiting every National Park in the lower 48 states before he turned 60. 

He will be remembered for his determined nature; his love of film, music, and literature; and the care he put towards his children. 

Paul is survived by his two daughters Ashlyn and Kirsten; son Trevor; parents William and Barbara Skinner; sister Lisa (Larry) Imm; and his significant other Angela Marquardt.
