Pete was born January 1, 1943 to Ned and Marjorie (Holmes) Van Wambeke. He grew up in the West St. Paul area and graduated from Sibley High School. Through the years Pete enjoyed motorcycles, snowmobiles, bow and rifle hunting. The heart of his life was his family, spending many years caring for and investing time into his children and grandchildren's lives. He will be deeply missed.
