Robert Dorweiler

Robert Dorweiler, age 88, of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2026 surrounded by his family.

Preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years, Beverly. Survived by 5 children, Mike (Nataliya), Barb (Mike) Duppong, Sue (Doug) Buhl, Greg (Cherie), and Al (Melanie); 16 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Dad was a long-time employee of 3M as a Glass Technologist for 33 years. He loved to travel around the United States with Mom in their RV exploring all the National Parks for many years. Words cannot express who he was as a person or how much he will be missed. It is a blessing to know that he is now at peace with our mom.

Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026 at 11 am at St. Rita's Catholic Church 8694 - 80th Street S., Cottage Grove MN. Private Family Interment at Union Cemetery.
