Robin Darlene Pesek died on July 27, 2021.

She was born on October 1, 1955 in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Robin is preceded in death by her parents, Estelle and John Rasmussen, and her brother, Dean.

She is survived by husband, Don of 46 years of Cottage Grove, MN; children, April Zuniga and husband Oscar Jr. of Cottage Grove, MN and Steve Pesek and wife Julie of Jordan, MN; grandchildren, Kayla, Brett, Dean, Isabelle, Joseph, Autumn, Oscar III (Ozzy), and Dani; great-granddaughter, Lily; sisters, Sherri, Crystal, Niki, and Stacy; and brother, Jon. In-laws; Sandy and Frank Difronzo, Gordon and Nancy Pesek, Patricia Reid, and Tom and Cecil Pesek.

Robin attended high school at Smiley High in Inver Grove Heights before finalizing her senior year and graduating from Hamilton High School in Illinois.

Robin and Don were married on June 14, 1975. They had two children together and loved to take them camping while the were growing up.

Robin loved to create and design new ideas while crocheting and gifting them to her family and friends.

Robin was a fierce protector of all who she loved. She loved her grandchildren most of all. For a woman so small, she made a huge impact on the world. Every new person that she met she would treat like family with open arms, a warm smile, usually a meal or two, and of course her unending love.

A visitation will be held at Kok Funeral Home (7676 80th Street South, Cottage Grove, MN) on Monday, Aug 2, 2021 3pm-5pm. A memorial service will be held at 5pm.
