Sharon Rose Whitmore died unexpectedly in Saint Paul Park, Minnesota on July 6th, 2023, at the age of 63.
Sharon is survived by her children Jessica, Colby and Shelby, her grandchildren, Brooklynn, Rosabella, and Sienna, her three brothers Barry, Bruce and Brian, and many friends.
She is precedent in death by her parents and step parents John and Rosie Tabor and Harold and Muriel Whitmore.
Sharon was born December 29th 1959 in Saint Paul Park to the parents of Harold and Rosalind. She graduated from Park Senior High in 1978.
She left Minnesota in 1979 to serve her Country with the United States Air Force. She served as an Air Traffic Controller with the Air Force until 1987. After that she worked with the FAA and Delta Airlines.
Her service to Country moved to Service to Community and children. She was a foster mother for several years in New Mexico.
She returned to Saint Paul Park in 2012 with her three children. Most recently she found her life calling of serving those most in need with the State of Minnesota, Human Rights division.
She had a large heart, and a never ending passion to the community she lived, volunteering, coaching and working with the Saint Paul Park Planning Commission and so much more are the examples of the kind human and strong spirit of Sharon.
Funeral plans are forthcoming. The family would like to thank the Saint Paul Park Police, Fire and Ambulance crews, as well as Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury.
