Sheri Ross

February 12, 1947 — January 27, 2018

Sheri Ross, age 70, of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on January 27, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Preceded in death by parents, Alvin and Laura Hewitt.

Survived by husband of 49 years, James; daughters, Cindy (Travis) Rumpca and Kari (Craig Ranheim); grandchildren, Taylor and Cole Rumpca; siblings, Marilyn (Vince) Lance, Karen (Jr.) Ehde, Charlene Hewitt, Linda Barnes, Joyce Wilson, Ihla Klingbile (Ernie Voigt), Alan (Linda) Hewitt, Terry (Leslie) Hewitt, and Jeff (Glenda) Hewitt; many nieces, nephews, and treasured friends.

Visitation 4-7 PM, Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN, 55016 and continues at 10:30 AM, Friday at the church. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM, Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Church of St. Rita, 8694 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN, 55016.
