Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, brother Wayne, and foster mother Esther Shurster. Survived by brother Richard (Mary Kay) Cottrell; sisters Mary (Steve) Cottrell-Bledsoe and Laura (Brian) Axmark. Also survived by her many caregivers and group home housemates.
