Thomas Nowicki

Thomas E. Nowicki, age 78, of Cottage Grove passed away peacefully on May 6, 2015 with his family by his side.

Preceded in death by brother, Richard; sister, Joanne Palmquist; and stepson, Chris Meyers. Survived by loving wife, Jean; daughters, Michelle (John) Zalesky and Diana Ligtenberg; stepchildren, Linda Meyers, Cindy (Shawn) Mione, Greg (Kathy) Meyers, and Steve (Shelly) Meyers; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Tony (Adele) Cloutier; and sister, Marge Strandmark; brothers-in-law, Jerome (Shirley) Cherry, Greg Cherry, Dennis (Stacy) Cherry; and sister-in-law, Karen Cherry; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Tom proudly served in the US National Guard & Army. He also worked for 3M for 42 years. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and world traveler; who loved his family dearly.

Visitation 12-2 PM, Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove with funeral service beginning at 2 PM. Interment at St. Thomas Cemetery, St. Paul Park with military honors.
