Tom Fritze

Thomas D. “Tom” Fritze, age 49 of Cottage Grove died Sunday afternoon January 29, 2010 at United Hospital in Saint Paul after a short illness. Tom was preceded in death by his mother Mary and his fiancée Judy Krenz.

He is survived by his father Gene of Oklahoma; brothers Terry of Lewisvill, TX, John (Sue) of Fowlerville , MI , Kenny of Inver Grove Heights; sister Brenda (James) Herrmann of Hampton; nephews Joshua and Jesse Fritze, Tucker and Morgan Herrmann and a niece Brittany Fritze. He is also survived by many aunts uncles, cousins and a group of lifelong friends.

Tom was an outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, gardening, canning and cooking out.

Memorial Service 4 PM Friday at Cottage Grove United Church of Christ; 7008 Lamar Ave with gathering time starting at 3 PM . Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
