Wilma Modrynski

On Wednesday evening, October 11th, 2017, a group of Angels came down and took Wilma with them, they said they wanted someone with a terrific smile. She is preceded in death by parents, William and Belva Gaetke; sisters, Peg Lynch, Delores Krech; brother in law Ernie Krech. She is survived by husband of 64 years, Tony; children, John (Shelley), Jayne, Wendy (Larry); grandchildren; Matthew (Sara), Jason, Joshua, Ashleigh; and great granddaughter, Izzy. A Celebration of Life will be held at Newport Lutheran Church (900 15th St., Newport) at 11:00 am, Tuesday October 17th, 2017, visitation starting at 10:00 am. A lite luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Newport Lutheran Church. A big thank you to Annie and the staff of Intrepid Hospice Care.
